Will’s practice is primarily focused on personal injury claims, nursing home negligence, trucking and automobile accidents, traumatic brain injuries, burn injuries, wrongful death claims, consumer class action litigation, and criminal defense. Will strongly believes in providing personal service to every client and enjoys working closely with his clients throughout the life of their case.
Will is a graduate of Davidson College and the University of South Carolina School of Law. In law school, he was a member editor of the South Carolina Journal of International Business and was a law clerk at the South Carolina Senate Judiciary Committee. Under the guidance of Senate Attorney Katherine Wells, he worked in the areas of judicial merit screening, lotteries and gaming, historical preservation, and budget issues for the Senate Judiciary Committee.
