We are excited to showcase our firm’s active engagement within the legal community, underscoring our dedication to advancing legal education and advocacy. Additionally, our commitment extends beyond the courtroom as we strive to inspire positive change. Here are some of the initiatives and endeavors we are proud to be a part of:
Secrets to a Successful Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Practice Seminar
We are excited to share that our very own John Eric Fulda was a speaker at the 2024 Secrets to a Successful Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Practice Seminar.
In February 2024, attorney Fulda spoke alongside attorney Michael Goldberg to share their understanding of the key issues attorneys must understand to evaluate cases and maximize their client’s recovery. We hope the attendees gained insightful analysis and practical application in trucking cases, traumatic brain injuries, bad faith insurance claims, auto accident cases, dram shop cases, and Tort Claims Act cases.
The Starfish Scholarship
In line with our dedication to social justice, we are proud to announce The Starfish Scholarship. The story of the young girl throwing starfish back into the sea and inspiring others to do the same is an incredible metaphor for putting into practice the change you want to see in the world. This scholarship aims to empower students to reflect on the meaning of social justice and how their actions can create a meaningful impact.

On August 1st, 2024, attorney Fulda spoke during the Medical Negligence seminar portion and shared his key insights on uncovering elder abuse and neglect.
